  1. The author is primarily concerned with the differences between extensional and intensional logic. The intent is to arrive at a characterization of extensionality in terms of differences as to
    1. What are the principles of extensionality,
    2. Which objects are or ought to be extensional, and
    3. Which formal systems are extensional.
  2. It is the author's hope that these will shed some light on some familiar problems of intensional logic. (Staff)
